This policy explains how Dode Yazılım ("we") handles personal data in the Sipariş Asistanı app. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect

• Account (email; Google/Apple sign-in identifier) — to create your account and sign in.
• Business, product, customer and order records — the core functionality of the app.
• WhatsApp order message text — processed by AI to extract the order.
• Voice recordings (if voice ordering is used) — transcribed to text; not stored permanently.
• Subscription / purchase status — to unlock Pro features (no card data stored by us).
• Push notification token — to send order notifications.
• Anonymous crash & diagnostic data — to fix bugs and improve the app.

We do not use advertising tracking (e.g. IDFA); there is no behavioral advertising.

3. Third-Party Providers

• Supabase — database & authentication (hosting).
• OpenAI — parsing WhatsApp message text and voice into orders.
• RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play — subscriptions & payments (card data handled by Apple/Google).
• iyzico — payment links you send to your customers; card data is handled solely by iyzico, not stored by us.
• Sentry — anonymous crash reporting.
• Expo — push notification delivery.

4. Storage & Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with row-level access controls so it is accessible only to the account owner. We retain data while your account is active.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion of your data, or account/data deletion, by emailing iletisim@dodeyazilim.com.

6. Children

The app is intended for businesses and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
